DESIGN CHARRETTE

Our unique approach to design begins with a visioning session. The Charrette brings a facilitator, client, sample of end users, design team, project architect, construction team, and sub-consultants together to discuss the budget parameters and identify the project’s scope and objectives. The facilitator helps the group create consensus while exploring multiple options and design solutions within the budget.

At the end of the session, all key people have an in-depth understanding of the project and agree on the project scope and objectives which is then published as the Elements of Success.
