Grey Wolf Architecture believes that the client always comes first. That comes with no asterisks, exceptions, or questions. If our client has a dream for their building, it’s our job to bring that to life, in the best way we can.
We understand that your livelihood is dependent on the success of this project, which is why we don’t take your expectations lightly. By working as though your building is our building, and your money is our money, we tackle each project with a client-focused perspective. Staying on schedule, and budget, is always a top priority of ours.
On top of working within your limits, we challenge ourselves to push ours. By remaining authentic and original with every commercial architecture and interior design, we’ve developed a completely diversified portfolio of work. Despite our nearly 2 decades as commercial architects, no two Grey Wolf projects look alike. Each design is a reflection of the unique client collaboration, natural environment, and creative evolution at that moment in time. Our story
Grey Wolf’s story began in August 1999 when Ken Harshman, principal commercial architect at a leading firm, decided he wanted to do more for his clients.
Ken started Grey Wolf Architecture with three core beliefs in mind:
(1) Clients deserve personal and focused interaction—they are always top priority.
(2) Employees deserve to be respected and valued—they are the key to all good work.
(3) All design deserves to be executed with integrity & detail—creativity must never waver.
Through changing aesthetics, budgets, and goals, Ken has retained his core collection of faithful clients while bringing on new ones every year. Today, Grey Wolf Architecture is a full-service commercial architecture and interior design firm, expanding its scope of services and adaptability with each new project. Housed in the charming historic building on the corner of 16th and Champa, Grey Wolf’s commercial architect offices are found in the central Denver business district.

Grey Wolf’s adaptable skill set is isn’t lost on our clients. Often, we’re approached by former clients for project plans we’ve never tackled before. When we let our clients know this, they often respond with “Yeah, but you’ll figure it out.” And figure it out we do.
